NaviStone® Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which NaviStone® collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from visitors and users (each, a "User" or “you”) of the http://www.NaviStone.com/ web site ("Site"). This Privacy Policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by NaviStone (“we,” “us,” “our” or “NaviStone”).

Personally Identifiable Information


We may collect personally identifiable information (“PII”), such as names, addresses, phone numbers, and e-mail addresses, from Users when Users visit our Site, register on the Site, subscribe to the newsletter or blog, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously. We will collect PII from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users may refuse to supply PII, although it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.

We implement a variety of data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information and protect it against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.  Our Site is in compliance with Payment Card Industry vulnerability standards in order to create as secure an environment as possible for all Users.


  1.  Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users’ PII to others. However, we may share Users’ information, including PII, with third party service providers who help us operate our business or the Site, or administer activities on our behalf, including activities listed in Section 2 and activities such as sending out newsletters or surveys, so long as such parties agree to keep this information confidential.  On rare occasions, we may release specific information upon governmental request, in response to a court order, or when required by law to do so.  We may also share information with companies assisting in fraud protection or investigation.  We do not provide information to these agencies or companies for marketing or commercial purposes.
