We are just a few weeks from the end of 2020, what a year. 1. Tony Hsieh, former Zappos CEO and 'tremendous visionary,' dies at 46

 

 

Retail lost visionary, Tony Hsieh last month. He had played an integral part in helping create the thriving Zappos business. His mantra was, “Delivering Happiness” to others and he was constantly heard saying: Zappos is a service company that happens to sell shoes.

2. Bed Bath & Beyond posts same-store sales gain for the first time since 2016 thanks to e-commerce gains
